Hi,

suspending a job in bash, and putting it into the foreground again sometimes
causes the process to die for spurious reasons. I have not investigated this
further, but maybe someone is interested in debugging it before I find the
time to do so.

First thing would be to make a reliable test case, maybe a small C program
which sends appropriate signals in rabid order to a specific task.
