[bug-gsrc] gnudos 1.8

gnudos 1.8 on ftp.gnu.org seems to be a different binary size from a few
weeks ago
but the
version number didn't get bumped, what's going on here?,  sha256sum is
different,  so is this just an unannouced update, concerned persons want to
know.
And gnukeyring seems to be different....
