Read each argument.  Complain ("-w char") and skip the word/argument if it
contains a non-character.  Otherwise reprocess the word/argument to drop any
"-" characters present.  Then look it up in the hyphenation exception word
dictionary and, it a matching entry is present, report its hyphenation points
just as `phw` already does when given no arguments and dumping the entire
dictionary contents.
