You've probably deduced this, but the reason I sometimes file groff bugs
"anonymously" is not to evade credit/blame, but so that I'm not forever tied
to a bug I have no stake in. Savannah seems to support a submitter removing
themself from the cc list (in that there's a button for it, though I've never
tried it), but the Submitter field is immutable.
