Follow-up Comment #1, bug #49797 (project gnustep):
Seems like there is a problem with the gnustep-back package. But you should
contact with maintainer of that package. We can't help you with binary
packages that are not under the control of GNUstep project. But you can try
install GNUstep fro source.
