Details:
if a NSWindow / NSPanel is presented as a sheet, i.e. using one of the
beginSheet* methods, it should not have a "close" control, even if the NIB
file says it has a close control.
rationale: on Mac OS X the window is really presented as a sheet, and has no
close control either. giving the user the chance to dismiss the sheet using
the close button in the window bar (which should not exist) can create
problems / crashes etc.
