Details:
[EOEntity globalIDForRow:isFinal:] calls [EOKeyGlobalID
globalIDWithEntityName:keys:keyCount:zone:] in the primary keys loop. If the
numbers of primary keys are more than 1 then an efficiency issue arises. The
patch takes the call out of the loop.
