Libtasn1 too, and maybe some more projects.  I'm using it to setup one
gnulib directory with LGPL-only modules, and and one gnulib directory
with some gnulib GPL modules.  This is useful in projects which has a
LGPL'ed library and some GPL'ed command-line tools.
