Yes, of course. And I don't think things were unclear at all, as the code said it was LGPLv2+.
I'm working on making the Gnulib code easier to merge into glibc. I've found some unlikely bugs in the process, that could lead to undefined behavior. Probably nobody exercises them, but still....
