The gnulib git bundle is now on ftp.gnu.org and I updated the gnulib
manual so the following link (should) explain everything:

https://www.gnu.org/software/gnulib/manual/html_node/Gnulib-Git-Bundle.html

The Debian gnulib package contains a copy of this particular bundle, and
I hope that Debian can continue to use our "upstream" git bundles
instead of creating a separate artifact. That happening depends on us
to remember to upload a new bundle maybe every year or so.

I wish that it was possible for someone else to bit-by-bit reproduce the
git bundle I created... maybe this is worth discussing with Git
upstream about, I'm sure there must be discussion around this already.
