This produces macro redefinition warnings in config.log, at least with
"gcc -Wall". This patch avoids them.

* m4/init-package-version.m4 (gl_INIT_PACKAGE_VERSION): Undefine
PACKAGE_VERSION and PACKAGE_STRING before redefining them.
