These are all patches against Gnulib not Bison proper, so I am adding bug-gnulib@gnu.org to the cc list.
The patches all seem to have something to do with MS-Windows so I'll let any experts on Gnulib and MS-Windows chime in if they have the time (MS-Windows is lower priority for the GNU project).
