Sorry if I wasn't clear: I am not suggesting that gnulib should stop supporting older Mac OS; I was checking that the code I'm working on (in this case, Recode, which as far as I'm aware is not a dependency of anything one would need to bootstrap a recent gcc) need not support pre-C99. -- https://rrt.sc3d.org
