Oops, the patch introduced an error "missing file stdio-read.c".
This patch fixes it.

stdio: Fix "missing file" errors (regression from today).
* modules/stdio (Files): Add stdio-read.c, stdio-write.c.
* m4/stdio_h.m4 (gl_STDIO_H): Update comments.
