The result of configure tests on MidnightBSD 1.1 shows that this platform
has the same bug as earlier FreeBSD versions. This patch documents it.

affected platform.
* m4/pthread_sigmask.m4 (gl_FUNC_PTHREAD_SIGMASK): Update
cross-compilation guess accordingly.
