This removes a circular dependency, as xalloc depends on xalloc-die.
* modules/xalloc-die (Files): Add lib/xalloc.h.
(Depends-on): Remove xalloc.
Add extern-inline, stdint, xalloc-oversized (this is for xalloc.h).
