Hello, I would like to notify you that a few days ago some changes have been introduced to strftime function in Glibc.

This is not only to make the changes available for other systems but also to port the changes to fprintftime function which exists only in Gnulib and which is used by date command and a few more utilities that use TIME_STYLE environment variable.
