Compilers warn when a configure test uses exit() without including <stdlib.h>.
This fixes it:

* m4/round.m4 (gl_FUNC_ROUND): Use 'return' instead of exit().
* m4/roundf.m4 (gl_FUNC_ROUNDF): Likewise.
