As someone who has only recently delved into the fascinating world of OSS, I
am only now learning that there are many such differences e.g. between
gnulib and glibc.

Can you please suggest an appropriate newsgroup for such glibc-related
posts? I couldn't find one on gmane after a bit of quick searching.
