Hi! Generating the manual for my project (wdiff) fails:

Try `makeinfo --help' for more information. make: *** [manual] Error 1 Seems makeinfo does not support a --split argument. At least neither my 4.13 release nor the current trunk http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/trunk/makeinfo/makeinfo.c?annotate=5179&root=texinfo I'd say this was introduced by http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnulib.git/commit/?id=408cb57bc2a6a3d94083db8195fd1e390bad11c6 but unfortunately the commit message "autoupdate" is not particularly useful in figuring out what the intention was here, or from where this automatic update might have originated.
