I noticed this problem that was reported to gnutls some time ago.  It
seems lib-ld.m4 contains a copy of some code from libtool.m4 from
libtool version 1.4.  Is there any reason for this?  Could lib-ld.m4
assume more modern libtool.m4 instead?
