I know.  And I was explaining that trying to make a convention "don't
use fill-paragraph" seems doomed to failure to me.  It is reflex with
me to do that, anyway.  Especially if any source line is >79 chars.

    I wouldn't want to have half of the spellings be "MacOS X" and the other
    half "MacOS@tie{}X".

Indeed.  It would be simpler to use "MacOSX" and avoid the issue
entirely.
