It's a good beginning. But when we include <winsock2.h>, we also need to fix the FD_ISSET macro, like in lib/sys_socket.in.h, and hide function declarations of functions that have non-POSIX signatures. I'm applying this fix. The adjustments in lib/sys_socket.in.h and lib/unistd.in.h are only to get the same coding style in all 3 files. 2011-07-06 Bruno Haible <br...@clisp.org> sys_select: Fix compilation error on mingw, introduced on 2011-06-30. * lib/sys_select.in.h: Don't include <sys/socket.h>. Instead, include <winsock2.h>. (rpl_fd_isset, FD_ISSET): New definitions, copied from lib/sys_socket.in.h. (close, gethostname): Hide declarations from <winsock2.h>. (socket, connect, accept, bind, getpeername, getsockname, getsockopt, listen, recv, send, recvfrom, sendto, setsockopt, shutdown): Likewise. * lib/sys_socket.in.h (close, gethostname): Tweak indentation. (select): Don't override if gnulib's <sys/select.h> was already included. * lib/unistd.in.h (socket, connect, accept, bind, getpeername, getsockname, getsockopt, listen, recv, send, recvfrom, sendto, setsockopt, shutdown, select): Tweak indentation. --- lib/sys_select.in.h.orig Thu Jul 7 03:25:45 2011 +++ lib/sys_select.in.h Thu Jul 7 03:18:40 2011 @@ -85,10 +85,11 @@ # include <string.h> # endif /* On native Windows platforms: - Get the 'fd_set' type.
