It already is deprecated, as of autoconf 2.62; the NEWS file already
mentions this.  And there were already a lot of bug reports about this
deprecation that were addressed as part of autoconf 2.63, but the fact
remains that using AC_GNU_SOURCE is no longer recommended in new configure.ac.
