Thanks. It is unfortunate because sometimes you get reports about gnulib self-tests failures, e.g.: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gsasl/2008-11/msg00000.html For the time being, I'll keep using --with-tests and work around the problems I get. /Simon
