This page http://www.gnu.org/software/gnulib/ has a link to http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~pinard/libit/HTML/ which gives error 403.
Now, http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~pinard/ is accessible, and it redirects here http://pinard.progiciels-bpi.ca/ but 'libit' doesn't seem to be mentioned there. I'm guessing that this http://libit.sourceforge.net/ is something altogether different.
