I tested the following on cygwin (which invokes the compiler using only the mingw system include files): CC='gcc -mno-cygwin' CFLAGS='-Wall' ./gnulib-tool --with-tests --test time Everything passed, so I think your patch is correct. - -- Don't work too hard, make some time for fun as well!
