Yes, it probably is. You can install Autoconf 2.61 when you have the time. You'll also need to install the latest GNU M4. But this isn't urgent, since your by-hand tests sufficed to convince us that the patch will work on your host. I've installed the patch into gnulib, and it should appear in the next coreutils release. > And it couldn't find "configure.in". Newer Autoconf versions prefer "configure.ac".
