I was trying out the Vim 7 spell engine, and the world cup left too

Yes.  I wasn't sure about acknowledgement, but I was sure that the other
writing is ok.  I believe it's helpful to stick to one kind of spelling
within a document.

It's an acronym that is not a pronounceable word.  Though this is by no
means a rule I know of, I know very few such abbreviations that aren't
capitalized, in en_US writing, that is.
