If you want pre-compiled GNU software that runs on Windows, you may be
better off investigating the Cygwin project (https://www.cygwin.com),
which at least has more up-to-date ports than GnuWin32.  But again,
support questions about using Cygwin would be properly directed to the
Cygwin list, not here.
