I wanted to do this, but stopped short of doing so for these reasons: 1. Given the history of the 4.4.x -> 4.6.0 journey, it's entirely unclear to the reader what the time scale implied by "a few more releases" would be. 2. I wanted to give people an opportunity to provide feedback on the speed of this transition (though perhaps this is not the best way to solicit opinions) I take your point though, I should have provided a more useful signal. What's your opinion on the right time scale for this transition, though? James.
