Details:
A new directory with files has been added to the repository. When I run cvs
update -PdC on my sandbox, it gets the new directory/files, but it doesn't add
the new directory the appropriate CVS/Entries file.
If I do a cvs co, I see the CVS/Entries file has the correct info.
