I'am giving with this one:
files:
/logfiles/test/test.log recurse=inf include=*.log action=compress
compresses the file test.log without problems.
while
files:
/logfiles recurse=inf include=*.log action=compress
is doing nothing. The only message in verbose mode is "cfengine:bre010:
Commence checking file(s) in /logfiles/test/". Thats it.
Believing the Sage "Short Topics Sysadmin" Book 16 (page 22), this
should work.
