Hello,

Here is the testsuite.log from when I tried to make Bison.
There were a lot of errors and skipped tests. Is this normal?

Is Bison still safe to use with these failures?

I compiled it under 32-bit Cygwin which was installed under Windows 10.

The gcc version is 7.4.0
Cygwin setup 2.897 (32-bit)

Please let me know if there is anything more that you need.
