Indu,
as a quick fix it seems reasonable to reject .sframe with FDE without any
relocations.
As an improvement I wonder whether it would be correct to check whether the
number of relocations for .sframe is equal to the number of FDE. There should
be one for every FDE function start offset.
Thinking even further should the check verify that the relocation location is
the start of the FDE function start offset?
