I'm filing this duplicate of gdb PR30757, to raise awareness of an ODR
violation problem related to the opcodes dir.
Sofar I haven't been able to reproduce with any component other than gdb.
But the opcodes dir is maintained by the binutils maintainers, hence this PR
(with the unfortunate binutils component, I guess something like "other" would
be appropriate at this point).
Perhaps the binutils maintainers know how to reproduce this outside of gdb.
