New features of Windows PE EXE/DLL binaries are being specified in embedded
manifest. GNU LD currently does not support specifying these new options. It
would be great to support modern features of Windows EXE/DLL binaries also in
GNU LD linker. Documentation about Windows PE manifests is online at:
