Sorry, my apologies. This happened during a cross compiler build,
--build=x86_64-linux-gnu --host=x86_64-w64-mingw32 --target=aarch64-none-elf.
The version would be x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc (GCC) 10-win32 20220324. It is
from Debian testing distribution.
