The lld issue was introduced by https://reviews.llvm.org/rL291523
and was fixed by https://reviews.llvm.org/D56828 .
It affected lld [4.0,8.0). Before 8.0, lld was not very stable.
I appreciate that you mitigated the lld problem, but I think we don't need to
try hard to mitigate lld<8.0 problems. We can revert the commit
f2731e0c374e5323ce4cdae2bcc7b7fe22da1a6f to simplify
assign_file_positions_for_non_load_sections.
