I have uploaded the binaries to
http://scratch.scylladb.com/espindola/addr2line-dwz.tar.xz
It includes a run.sh script that illustrates the problem.
Before running dwz, addr2line has no problem with the scylla binary. After dwz
it prints a series of errors:
