But a strange thing is that the rebuilt objdump shows the above 3 flags even for .gnu_debuglink section created by the unpatched objcopy. Is that expected? I thought the section flags were actually recorded in the file, and objdump only displays them, but it seems this is not the case with the patched Binutils.
