A couple of notes to bring this BZ up to date:
* There is a proposal to add a hash of the compilation unit source to the
DW_TAG_compile_unit here: http://dwarfstd.org/ShowIssue.php?issue=171216.1
* If the assembler sees multiple, different md5 checksum values, it should
issue a warning message, but not an error. It is possible that there are
valid reasons for the mismatch. It may even be useful to add an option
to suppress the warning.
