I think some cases were missed from the fix for bug 16489. This instruction
doesn't emit a warning
vpgatherqd (%r14, %ymm11,8), %xmm11 {%k1}
while this instruction does emit a warning
vpgatherqd (%r14, %zmm11,8), %ymm11 {%k1}
