--disable-multilib --with-sysroot=/home/jxxx/mingw-64/mingw-w64-x86_64
--prefix=/home/jxxx/mingw-64/mingw-w64-x86_64
with gcc version 6.3.0 20170406 (Ubuntu 6.3.0-12ubuntu2)
The subsequent make fails with the fatal errors
