Sorry, Just found the dicussion in "https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2016-11/msg00338.html". Are we dealing with the dilemma that user provided a PHDR which is not consistent with the elf spec? I agree that if user has provided PHDRs, we should not do the sorting. Users should have the right to place their segments when they provided the PHDRs themselves.
