ld.gold -r -o test2.o -T test.lds test.o
This causes ld.gold: internal error in target, at ../../gold/parameters.h:105
ld.bfd succeeds. The Linux kernel 4.9 build is using this pattern now. It would
be good to be compatible with ld.bfd.
