On release branch, like binutils-2_26-branch, we should avoid
change DT_SONAMEs in libopcodes.so and libbfd.so unless their
ABIs are changed. Keep the same DT_SONAMEs means that there
is no need to recompile programs which are linked against
libopcodes.so and libbfd.so.
