I am using ISL version 16.1 and neither version 14 which is part of the Ubuntu
repositories or version 16.1 which I compiled and installed myself can be found
by ./configure for binutils. I have attempted to use --with-isl and
--with-isl=/usr/local/lib and neither results in finding the working version of
ISL. I have added /usr/local/lib to my paths, so it should be found properly.
But, as of the latest master build, the only way to include isl is to include
it in-branch and have binutils build it and ignore the versions already
optimized and built.
This holds true for all three versions of ISL searched for. V0.14
(depreciated), V0.15, and V0.16. I have versions 0.14 and 0.16.1 installed.
