Forget my last comment about the sub-section size; as in http://infocenter.arm.com/help/topic/com.arm.doc.ihi0044e/IHI0044E_aaelf.pdf described, the sub-section size includes the size-field and the previous tag-byte. But the origin described issue (readelf-warning about unused bytes) is still valid.
