One thing that did occur to me was that it might be useful to add a new option to objcopy so that it could adjust the absolute addresses inside DWARF sections. Sort of like --change-section-address, but for debug info. Then if a someone does use rebase to alter the load address of a DLL, then will have the option of being able to update the debug info inside the DLL as well. I looked at the rebase sources, but adapting them seemed a bit hairy to me. (Probably because of unfamiliarity).
